You could work 30 hours a week (remotely) and make more than $100k yearly:

  • Without as much of the cost, time, and headaches of marketing yourself.

About the position:

  • We have an established client base of more than 140 clients, a well-defined and recognized brand, and we invest in marketing that will support our coaches, although our coaches are still expected to market themselves and close deals.
  • Coaches must take on a minimum of 20 hours weekly. Most of our coaches work only 4 days/ week and hold very flexible schedules.
  • This position has a minimum 24 month commitment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow and stay with us for the long term
  • We have efficient systems and processes that streamline scheduling, billing, invoicing, and sales, but coaches will need to learn and use these systems.
  • Each of our coaches must go through Proof Leadership-specific training with Company President Dustin Peterson. There is also a mandatory 1 hour weekly group training call.
  • Coaches are supported with leadership curriculum and resources. We also support coaches’ training and implementation of Qualtrics to administer assessments with clients.
  • Coaches will gain access to a small but tight community of other coaches. Location: remote - work from your quiet home office with reliable internet.

The candidates we are looking for:

This is not life coaching. We are looking for individuals who have years of leadership experience and who are interested in helping leaders in the social sector solve problems, overcome gaps, and maximize their potential using researched-based models and approaches.

We’re seeking candidates who are interested in the freedom that comes from having a predictable, meaningful, fun, well-paying, work-from-home position and who want to join the Proof Leadership Group brand.
You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment working with us.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience (does not have to be coaching).
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement.
  • Highly effective interpersonal communication, collaboration, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Preferably you are a coach and you have been coaching professionally.
  • You must be looking for a LONG-term commitment working with us.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission based position with the potential for performance bonuses. You will receive 60% of the fees charged to clients for services provided. All coaches will be w2 employees and as such, Proof Leadership Group will cover unemployment insurance, short-term disability, workers compensation, and medicare & social security.

You will also receive regular professional development training and coaching to build your knowledge of leadership development and skills in coaching and facilitation.
